Vicki Morton-Bailey DNP, AGNP-BC is currently the Director of Clinical and Quality Outcomes at Providence Anesthesiology Associates in Charlotte, NC where she is oversees the implementation, management and expansion of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program to include 8 facilities in 3 hospital systems and 11 service lines. Her areas of interest related to ERAS include: change management, data collection and analytics, multi-modal analgesia, and healthcare economics. Vicki attended Queens University of Charlotte for her BSN and later attended the Medical University of South Carolina for her master’s in nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She completed her doctoral dissertation in Enhanced Recovery After Surgery for Pancreaticoduodenectomy. Vicki worked as a critical care nurse in CCU, CVICU, and trauma ICU for 15 years before leaving the bedside to pursue her advanced degrees.
