Arnel Kilicli

Arnel Boke Kilicli, RN, MsN, PhD Candidate, has been working as the nurse educator for four years at Ankara City Hospital Cardiovascular Hospital in Ankara, Turkey. She was born in Bulgaria. She earned her bachelor of science degree and master of science in medical nursing in Hacettepe University in Ankara Turkey. Also, she had been in University of Wisconsin Milwaukee College of Nursing, Milwaukee,USA as a visiting PhD Student for one year. Nowadays, working on her PhD thesis in medical nursing in Hacettepe University in Ankara Turkey. She has 18 years of nursing experience and 10 years of experience at the coronary intensive care. Moreover, she worked as a nurse in different projects of The Turkish Ministry of Health such as Change Management Project of The Ministry of Health. She is a member of Turkish Nurse Association and European Society of Cardiology. Her research interests are implantable cardioverter defibrillator patients’ care, cardiovascular nursing care, evidence based nursing, improving nursing clinical practice guidelines and patient blood management.
