Ahmet Göktuğ ERTEM, Ass. Prof., is an interventional cardiologist at the Clinic for Cardiology at Ankara City Hospital in Ankara. He was born in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, where he completed medical studies at the University of Ankara in 2007. He completed his residency of Cardiology at Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazit Training and Research Hospital in 2012. He is associated professor at cardiology since 2017.His personal interest is interventional cardiology, specially acute coronary syndromes, complex coronary interventions (CHIP), peripheral artery interventipns, chronic coronary total occlusions (CTO) and transcatheter aortic valve implantations (TAVI). He is a member of European Society of Cardiology (ESC), Turkish Society of Cardiology (TSC) and Interventional Cardiology Association of TSC.
